Return and Refund Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to services, events, consultations, workshops,

ceremonies, and products offered by Dragona Serpentine. 


Appointments and Service Bookings

Some services may require advance scheduling and a deposit or payment to secure your appointment.


Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 5 days notice whenever possible.

Appointments canceled with at least 5 days notice may be rescheduled or credited toward a future

service. 


Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in the loss of the

deposit or a portion of the service fee.


No-Show Appointments

If a client does not attend a scheduled appointment and no notice is given, the deposit or full service fee

may be retained. As we take pride in preparations prior to your scheduled appointments.


Events and Workshops

For group classes, ceremonies, or workshops, cancellations made 14 days or more before the event

may be eligible for a refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may not

be refundable due to preparation and materials. 


Products

Due to the nature of herbal, botanical, or handmade products, opened or used products generally

cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can review the

situation and provide a replacement or resolution when possible. 


Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected events occur. In certain circumstances we may allow rescheduling or

credit toward a future service at our discretion. No Refunds on services already deposited.
